2021 Sail Sydney

AUS 1068 did not complete three laps of the course before crossing the finish line, and therefore did not finish before AUS 116 and AUS 420.

I can make an adjustment but only on request from windfoil 1068.

In race 10 I was scored 5. I finished behind 122 and in front of 5500. I believe I finished 2nd

RO replied after checking tapes that 959 reported as retired at 12.35pm. 959 was not recorded before 5500

I didn't finish those races. 

Races 6,9 and 12 amended to DNF as per competitors request.

Please submit a protest.

I was given a DNC but I completed the whole course and finished behind Aus 516.

Referred to RO for a decision.

RO states you have not been recorded by either scribe and your number is not on the tapes.

Only way forward now is to submit a protest.

I was the only t293 to finish the last race but i was scored as Retired even though i completed the full course and finished

This must be incorrect.

We have 3 witnesses that saw me cross the finish line. 

We have Wind Foil 116 recorded as not crossing the finish line in Race 6, but crossing downwind through the start line at 14:28:54 and scored NSC.  The voice recording confirms this.

I finish in 10th position not 11th

Finish sheets recorded you in 11th place.  No change in results

I have been recorded a DNF in Race 6, I finished behind Tash Bryant - AUS 2 and in front of Samantha Costin AUS -420 I have 3 witnesses, Tash Bryant, Will Mcmillan and my Coach

The scoring sheet mentioned sailor 116 did not cross the correct finish line. 

I came behind 5225 but was scored a dnc. I expect this is because I was sailing with sail number 1 rather than my registered number 4444

I came 8th but was scored DNF.  Thanks for reviewing this.

RM reviewed the results and the finishing sheet confirmed the finishing place was 8th.  Scoring adjusted to 8th place.

In previous response, RO says I timed out but that cannot be true because I finished 1st out of all the Technos in 17 minutes.

RO has amended his decsion and board 122 changed position to 1st in R4.

The race was finished early, I was clear ahead in first place but I was scored 12th position for some reason. I have witnesses 209522 and 202767. 

RO approved. Results amended.

Max Nearn Abandoned the race at 1 lap but went through the finish line and was scored a first

Rersult has been amended to NSC.

Max Nearn Sail number 5 abandoned race 4 because of gear failure but was given 1st place. 

After speaking with RO, sail # 5 has recorded a NSC for Race 4.

 

Result shown as a 5th instead of 1st. Finish boat sounded horn when I crossed finish line.

RO replied Sail # 122 was timed out in Race 4. Horn sound was for start of wind foiling.
