Do RYCV boats need to submit a Berthing request form?

We were just planning to raft up around the western and estern crane once launched, keeping the crane operations free. 

Berthing forms not required for RYCV members but  if you can contact the Waterfront Manager (Max)  to talk through the preferred locations it would be appreciated. The Waterfront manager ....
