Protest Submitted

2130 was approaching the bottom mark on lap 1 and there and had inside overlap on two boats that were locked on each other.  One of those boats which was to windward capsized on us and the other cut us off forcing our collison into their boat causing a hole in their boat.

3185 was the boat with the hole. The other boat is unidentified as they capsized on top of us and then were in the water

We had inside overlap and were avoiding the two boats at the time when the windward boat capsized on us.

We were 11th at the time and were forced into last space and request redress.
