Hearing Details: Port/starboard

1. The wind was 15-18 knots and there were 1m waves.

2. Boat 32 and Boat 24 were sailing upwind, both on starboard tack, 100m after crossing the starting line.

3. Boat 24 was clear ahead of Boat 32 by around 4 boat lengths and leeward of the track of Boat 32 by half a boat width.

4. Boat 24 tacked to port and drifted backwards by about 1m.

5. Both boats held their courses and Boat 32 passed astern of Boat 24.

6. Neither boat took a penalty.

1. Boat 24 on port kept clear of Boat 32 on starboard as required by Rule 10.

2. No rule was broken.
