Facts Found | - 198 was sailing downwind towards the leeward gate.
- 198 was on lay to the right hand mark.
- About 25 seconds before reaching the gate, a support vessel crossed ahead of 198.
- 198 bore away to avoid the support vessel and came off her foils and capsized.
- There was no damage or injury.
On 18/04/2022, the Jury having decided that it may have made a significant error, reopened the hearing with 198 present.
