Conclusion| | RC made an error by removing the mark1 before the time limit expired.
However, from the time when RC removed the mark1, it wouldn’t have been possible for the boat 206395 to finish within 10 minutes from his position on the course.
The position of the course and the time remaining to him to finish the course was his fault alone.
His score was not made significant worsen.
