Kiteboards - Schedule for Dec 14

As per the Notice of Race, Sunday December 14th is a spare day which will shall be used for medal racing.

Addendum C - Schedule of races is therefore amended for Sunday 14th December for the Mens and Womens Kiteboard. Changed to the following:

Start time 15:30, 2 Races for each Division, Stadium Course
