SI 17.3 is changed to read:

17.3 Boats deemed still racing by the Race Committee but failing to finish within time stated in the Finish Window after the first boat sails the course and finishes may be scored an Allocated Place. Other boats failing to finish within the time stated in the Finish Window after the first boat sails the course and finishes will be scored Did Not Finish. This changes RRS 35, A4 and A5.
