Reason for Substitution

This weekend we have purchased this Opti from the Simmons family, and Samuel would like to sail AUS 1870 Every 1’s a Winner in place of SailInn 910 which he previously registered for the event. We have concurrently applied for the new boat measurement certificate from Australian Sailing.
