I'm guessing the SCP one point penalty , having finished 19, but scored 20, is a sign off penalty?

 

But, as a DBSC boat, I had to wait around for all the other DBSC boats to then get a tow, and even then sail back to club, so I was late to sign off, but did so as I received the text message.

 

I am sorry if I took too long, but I did sign off.

Hi Mike,

Yes it's a scoring penalty for not signing off within the protest time limit which was 14:35

You didn't sign off until 17:57
