Overall results were published after sailing on 12/1 with me in 50th position overall. At some point overnight they changed  and I am 51st on countback. S.I. 5.4 states that any recalculation of qualification series ranking will not affect assignments. I believe I should be assigned to Gold fleet. 

Response from RC

The application of penalties from Rule 42 violations changed the scores of several Open Fleet boats. The allocation of boats to Gold/Silver fleet occured on 13 Jan after all scoring changes had been applied. Fleet assignments are correct and in compliance with SI's.
