Scoring Enquiry

I received a 3 point (SCP) for race 4. I was not protested on the water, I received no hearing and I had no jury incidents or penalties. I assume this therefore can only be in relation to 19.5 in the SI’s. Under section 19.2 of the SI I am required to sign off as soon as reasonably possible, which I have done. I am a 15 year old who’s sign on/off link goes to my father’s phone, immediately having access to that phone I have signed off. Which is as soon as reasonably possible. I have met the sign off requirements and should not be penalised and would like this reviewed please. If it was for other reasons can I please have this explained and reviewed. Thank you

The final boat for the ILCA 4 fleet finished at 1548 hours. The sign off list was audited at 1751 hours. Logs show that you did not sign off until 1836 hours. The penalty stands.
