I was next to 3488 when rounding the top mark and I saw sail # 2 behind me when rounding 2P to finish.

Response from RC

Race 1 was shortened at the Gate with the RC boat alongside Mark 2P. Sail# 1 along with several other boats did not finish between 2S/2P as required by rule 32.2(c) and were scored DNF accordingly.
