May I ask why the change of course for the ILCA fleet was not posted on the online notice board by 9am on Saturday the 7th as per SI 1.2? There are boats launching out of surrounding clubs that appreciate the relay of this information.

The change of schedule for 7 Dec was posted on the Official Notice Board at 17:30 on 6 Dec.

This complies with SI 1.1
