2024 ILCA US National Championships

It is the position of ILCA NA that coach pinnies are a safety hazard and should not be worn on the water. 

Individual preferences about safety are respected. If a person has an individual preference to not wear a pinnie and the pinnie is conspicuously displayed on the Support vessel, in the abscence of other aggrevating factors the discretionary penalty would be 0%.
