2025 International Hansa Class World & International Championships

I am hiring a boat and arriving in newport on Friday 21 March. 

When can i access the boat to attach my sails and check the condition of the boat please. 

I would like to check the condition of the cordage, the spars, the rudder and clean the hull.

Do I need to supply my own outhaul, main traveller, mainsheet?

May I use a ronstan pulley on the main traveller ?

How do I attach a windvane to the top of my mast? May i screw a base unit to the inside of the mast?

How do I attach a windvane to the top of my mast? May i screw a base unit to the inside of the mast? - IF THERE ARE EXISTING SCREW HOLES THAT CAN BE USED, THAT WOULD BE OKAY. REFER TO THE CHARTER DOCUMENTATION - (4) Return and Indemnification: The Charterer shall not make any permanent modifications to the hull, foils or spars and shall return the Equipment at the expiration of the charter term in as good a condition as when taken.)
