Request Details | Continuing my request re radios: A parallel argument would relate to the race Notices. They are available to all competitors on the website, but a competitor may not avail themselves of the Notices if they choose not to look, or if they do not have access to the internet. Could I please ask for a clarification on this rule as I would regard having a VHF on board for Xervier would constitute a necessary safety requirement, as he might not make the same decisions relating to safety or emergencies that a sailor without an intellectual impairment would make. Thank you, |
