Hearing Form Description
Aus 47 started race 4 on starboard tack around the centre of the starting line. Five seconds after race 4 was started, 49er AUS 777 was on port tack and made contact with 49er AUS 47 who was on starboard tack sailing close hauled course. AUS 47 hailed “protest AUS777” and Aus 777 did not take a penalty.
