Protest Submitted

On the first race, second upwind, we were coming 3rd however due to a navy ship which the race committee failed to warn about , we had to stop for 5 minutes because we did not want to put ourselves in danger, aswelll as being told of by the coast guard boat. This not only caused us to drop 2 places however also caused to time out of the race. From our average score one can see that we finished all races at a consisted score. So therefore we would like redress.
