Protest Submitted

 Downwind leg 1 with other boat coming from behind. Other boat comes side on side from leeward and gets windward heel, causing their mast to puncture our mainsail. After a small while, their mast manages to break free of our main and they capsize whilst we drop and retire. Due to this, we were unable to continue racing and were forced to do a quick repair on our main. This led to us missing Race 2 and coming to race 3 very late (more than 20 boat lengths). We have also suffered severe damage on our mainsail.
