Protest Submitted

The Competitor Mitch Kruse has not presented rule legal equipment for inspection during the measurement period

Specifically the mast that Mitch has presented does not comply with class rule F.1 in that elements of the rig are not produced by licensed manufacturers.

Mitch was advised of our intention to protest at 10:13am 11 December 2023.

We are aware that Mitch has made every effort prior to the event to secure rule legal equipment but the licensed supplier in Australia has been unable to supply it. The Autralian official supplier has advised that there is a nationwide shortage or rule legal masts. In the lead up to this event the supplier has secured loan masts from other individuals not at this event but that supply has been exhausted. The Australian official supplier is happy for Mitch to compete with the equipment he has declared. The mast Mitch has declared in equivalent in specification and performance to the rule legal equipment.
