Protest Submitted

The opposition boat infringed as they beared away down the line to not be over and as they were the windward boat they did not keep clear as I could not trapeze in my normal position due to the proximity between us at the time when the start gun went and following after the start gun I could not press outwards, we hailed protest but the opposing boat had not taken a spin and beat us that race. They infringed the rule 11, windward leeward and had not taken a penalty.
