Protest Submitted

There where boats on starboard lay towards the top mark. 
we were coming into the top mark on port tack as the windward boat where AUS 3016 was the leeward boat in which we where overlapped.

As we approached the boats on starboard lay we called out to boat AUS 3016 that we needed room to duck the two boats on starboard lay as we where clearly overlapped but AUS 3016 kept up a high mode.

As the starboard boats came closer we kept calling out asking for room to be able to duck. AUS 3016 did not give room and at the last minute we had to slam the rudder into a tack to avoid the two boats on starboard layline slamming the crew into the sidestay and capsizing the boat. We yelled out protest to AUS 3016 and no spin was taken.
