Protest Submitted

While travelling downwind on leg 2 of Race 12, we called starboard on 3185 multiple times. 3185 appeared to be trying to avoid and at the last moment, we did everything we could to avoid contact. This incident caused us to capsize, losing a great amount of time. Our place in the race was severely jeopardised because of this incident.
