3. 1715 tacked onto port, converging with 1516.

4. 1516 hailed starboard and 1715 responded by tacking onto starboard; after completing the tack, the boats were about 1 boat length apart.

5. There was no contact.

6. Neither boat took a penalty.

7. Both boats were scored BFD in race 3.

1. 1715 on port kept clear of 1715 on starboard and complied with RRS 10.

2. No rules were broken.

3. The requirements for redress in RRS 61.4(b) are not met.
