  2. 349 approaching 2P on starboard inside overlapped on 359

  3. 359 gybed to windward and overlapped on 349

  4. 349 altered course to windward and 359 altered course avoiding contact

  5. 349 continued sailing past the mark as their proper course was to sail past the mark and gybe to the finish line

  6. 349 gybed, 359 then gybed and both crossed the finish line

  7. The wind was 12-14 knots, flat seas

  8. There were no injuries and no boat took a penalty turn
