Facts Found | - Approaching the line to start, three boats were overlapped with 359 one and half boat widths to leeward and overlapped on 349.
- 316 was overlapped and to weather of 349
- 319 sailed from clear astern into the gap between 359 and 349
- All boats were sailing slowly towards the line, all above close hauled but lower than head to wind
- There was contact between 319 and 349
- 349 backwinded their jib and altered course to leeward and pushed 319 into 359
- No boats took any penalty turns
