2. The RC identified 2494, 3453, 3597, 3463, 3581, 3126, 3158 as OCS..

3. There was an error in signalling the start.

4. The RC abandoned the race.

5. The RC did not list the BFD boats on the whitebaord.

6. The 7 boats started in the resailed race.  


Conclusion

 

1. The RC determined from its own records that the 7 boats were scored incorrectly and should have been scored BFD as per RRS 90.3(c).
