Facts Found | - Kite Foil Race 10 was conducted on a LR2 course, with 12 to 15 knots of wind and short chop sea state.
- Board 16 was on port, Board 13 on starboard.
- Board 13 bore away to gybe onto port tack more than 30 metres from mark 4P and capsized.
- When Board 13 capsized, Board 16 was unable to avoid Board 13.
