Facts Found| | In Race 1a the preparatory signal for this starting sequence was a black flag. 9 boats were identified in the triangle above the starting line in the one minute before the starting signal. After the starting signal, general recall was signalled. The signal boat posted the sail numbers of 9 boats on their stern after the recall signal and those boats did not sail the subsequent race. The boats were scored BFD
