Hearing Details: Dying breeze, fairness of race.

- During race 2 the breeze collapsed while the lead Pink fleet boats were sailing leg to the finish.

- Boats were unable to sail against the current.

- 9 boats were scored as a finish and 60 boats were scored DNF.

- The race committee was attempting to shorten the Intermediate Fleet at this time and was unable to give Pink fleet their full attention.

- The race committee did not consider the fairness of competition at the time.

The race committee omitted to consider abandonining the race and competitors scores were made significantly worse through no fault of their own.

Redress is granted and Race 2 is abandoned.
