On leg 3 wind was 130 degrees

At beginning of leg 4 the wind changed to 300 degrees.  Approx 180 degree windshift

Wind was between 0 knots and 10 knots fluctuating over the course

Yellow fleet was halfway beating to finish

Blue was rounding gate


Conclusion

 

Given the conditions there is no requirement for RC to abandon

There was no improper action or omission of the Race Committee with their actions
