Prior to the start of race 2, 207486 was situated behind the start pin boat on port tack. 

199088, 206392 and 204568 were on the start line 20m up from the pin boat on starboard tack. 

At the start all four boats accelerated off the line. Approximately 20s after the start 207486 crossed in front of all three boats. 199088 hailed protest. 

207486 continued to sail on port tack. 

No boat took penalty turns. 


Conclusion

 

207486 was obliged to keep clear and did so.
