Facts Found | - Boat 32 had problems with rudder cam jamming before first launch.
- After returning to shore following the first attempted race start, the rudders were raised but cams were locked down.
- On leaving the beach for the second time, the competitor noticed that the cams were locked down and returned to the beach.
- The beach crew raised the cams and competitor returned to the race.
- During the last downwind leg the windward rudder was raised and the cam remained locked down.
- After gybing, the competitor sailed the last part of the downwind leg with the leeward rudder raised, resulting in difficulties steering.
