Facts Found| |
- 30-40 seconds prior to the start 2015 was approaching the line slowly to start on starboard tack with 2014 well above her and a second unidentified boat close to weather of 2014.
- 2006 approached from astern of 2014 and sailed into a position to weather of 2015 and to leeward of 2014
- 2006 sat just below close hauled with sprung sheets with 2014 approximately 1m to to weather boat
- 2015 hailed 2006 aggressively to come up
- 2015 altered course to leewad to avoid contact with 2006.
- The wind was 12-15 kts and slight seas.
- There was no contact between any of the boats, no boats took penalty turns and there was no injury.
