Non Appealable Protest Committee

Amendment 1 to the Notice of Race:

Competitors are advised that  NOR 1.6 is amended to change from International Jury to Non Appealable Protest Committee.

Delete:

NoR 1.6             An International Jury will be appointed in accordance with RRS 91(b) and RRS Appendix N.  The right of appeal will be denied in accordance with RRS 70.3 (a).

Insert:

NoR1.6              The intention is to appoint a Non-Appealable Protest Committee so that the right to appeal from a protest committee decision is denied as provided in RRS 70.3.
