Change to Sailing Instructions - Jury

The following changes are made to the Sailing Instructions

SIs Preamble

        The notation [NP] in a rule in the Sailing Intstructios means than a boat may not protest another boat for breaking that rule. This changes RRS 60.1

2.2  RRS 62.1)(a) is changed to 61.2

12.3 RRS 62.1(a) is changed to 61.2(a)

17.5   RRS 63.3(b) is changed to 63.1(b) and RRS 61.1(b) is changed to 60.2(b)

17.6  RRS 62.2 is changed to 61.2 (b) (2)
