Change to Sailing Instructions No1

The Sailing Instructions are changed to include a discard after 4 completed races.

11.3 and 11.4 are changed to:

11.3 When three races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores. 

11.4 When four, five or six races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score.
