The time of the first warning signal for racing on Sunday 8 February 2026 has been brought forward to 10.55 AM. There will be a race briefing for volunteers and competitors at 9.45 AM at the OTB Clubhouse.

Rationale: 

The BoM forecast for Sunday is that a thunderstorm is likely in the afternoon and early evening, possibly severe with damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain.
