Change to SIs

Due to the strong winds forecast for Sunday, the RC have added a simpler course that hopefully we can tuck in behind the marina to the north and partially shelter from the southerly winds.

The start sequence is also changed to a 3 minute start sequence.

We hope to be able to run the trapezoid course on Monday.
