Standard Penalties

The Jury will be guided by the World Sailing Discretionary Penalty Policy available on the the link below.

Where a rule has a standard penalty (NOR 15.1, 15.3, 15.4), the Standard penalty will be the midpoint discretionary penalty indicated in the Discretionary Penalty Policy rounded up to a whole number.
