Reminder of SI 10.3 - keeping clear of start area

Race Management would like to remind competitors of Sailing Instruction 10.3, avoiding the starting area during the start sequence for other classes. Reports by Race Management to the PRO of non-compliance will result in referrals to the protest committee. These will be supported by video evidence.
