Jury Policies and Standard Penalties

The Jury will be guided by the World Sailing Discretionary Penalty Policy available on the the link below.

Where a rule has a standard penalty (NOR 8, 14.1, 14.2, 14.3 or 16.2), the Standard penalty will be the midpoint discretionary penalty indicated in the Discretionary Penalty Policy rounded up to a whole number.
