Delete 6.1

Replace with

6.1 The format for each Event is single fleet series except for Men’s Dinghy, Women’s Dinghy, Mixed Dinghy and Men’s Skiff where there is an opening series followed by a medal race and for Men’s Kitefoiling where there is an opening series followed by a medal series.
