Equipment Inspection will take place on the following dates as per the Notice of Race

9 December 2023 1100 – 1400 hrs iQFOiL and Kitefoiling Equipment Inspection at Georgie’s River Sailing Club

10 December 2023 1000 – 1400 hrs ILCA, 49er, 49er FX, 470, Nacra 17 Equipment Inspection at Woollahra Sailing Club

Competitors in the Olympic Classes and Classes holding Class Nationals will need to complete the following Equipment Forms

• iQFOiL Men and Women
• Kitefoiling Men and Women
• 49er and 49er FX
• Nacra 17

For all other classes please come to the regatta office to collect equipment form and stickers

The Technical Committee shall inspect all equipment on the day of measurement to ensure its validity and alignment with the information provided by competitors.

Scales will be on-site for weighing equipment both before and during Sail Sydney. The classes that will require weighing include 49er and 49er FX. Other classes may be weighed at the Technical Committees discretion.

How to complete measurement

1. Fill in the online form for the 49er, 49er FX, Nacra 17, iQFOiL Men, iQFOiL Women, Men’s Kite, Women’s Kite – Click Here to fill in form
2. For all other classes ILCA 6, ILCA 7 and 470 please come to regatta office to pick up form and stickers.
3. Complete online and paperwork/stickers before coming to the measurement desk.
4. Equipment must be weighed by the IM Team.
5. Serial numbers to be checked against equipment by the IM Team.
6. Sails to be stamped or check serial numbers and signed off by the IM Team
7. Paperwork returned and signed off by the IM Team
8. Online registration to be signed off by the IM Team
9. End of process
