Change to Sailing Instruction 16. Support Boats

The first sentence of SI 16 Support Boats:

Delete

A boat shall receive no outside assistance from support boats or support persons or otherwise once she has left the dock for the day until returning to the dock, except in the case of emergency and/or towing where the Race Committee has communicated to the fleet that all competitors may accept a tow.

and replace with:

A boat shall receive no outside assistance from a Registered Coach once she has left the dock for the day until returning to the dock, except in the case of emergency and/or towing where the Race Committee has communicated to the fleet that all competitors may accept a tow.
