Change to Colours for Flights

SI 6.5 is amended to read:
Identification of coloured flights.

All boats shall display a coloured ribbon (corresponding to the description in SI 8.1) permanently fixed and free to fly from the top of the sprit. These ribbons will be provided by the organising authority.

SI 8 is deleted and replaced with:

8.1 Flight flags for Open Fleet:

Qualifying Series Flight      Final Series Flight  Flag
Yellow                               Gold                 Optimist with Yellow Flag
Orange                             Silver                Optimist with Red Flag

8.2 Flight flags for Intermediate Fleet:
