Amendment #1

1. SI 1. Rules:

Add 1.6

Rule 30.3 Black Flag Rule is changed to the effect that the race committee will display a boat’s bow number instead of her sail number

2. SI 13.1 is changed to read as follows:

“The finishing line will be between a staff displaying an orange flag on the Signal Boat and a staff displaying an orange flag on the pin end boat.”

3. Attachment A

Course 1 is changed to read as follows:

Start – 1 -2 -3P -1- 1a - Finish (Downwind)
