Tag on/off

SI 7.1 & 7.2 are changed to read:

7.1 Before each racing session and prior to leaving the beach, each boat shall sign- on by facing their Sign On/Off tag on the board provided so that it shows the red “OUT” side up.

7.2 After arriving on the beach each boat shall sign-off within 60 minutes of the last boat finishing the last race of the session of their respective class, by reversing their Sign On/Off tag to show the green side “IN” side.
