Open Semi-Finals - Change to Schedule

There will be a skippers meeting for all sailors registered for the Open Semi-Finals Series at 8:00AM on 11th February 2014.

•SI 6.4 has the following sentence added:
  The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race of the day for the remainder of the regatta is 9:30 AM.
